Back-office ops at manufacturers are still run on spreadsheets, email, tribal knowledge, and manual re-entry. The playbooks are outdated, the work is manual, and too many teams are forced to guess their way through quoting, AR/AP, and reporting.
Galvant is rebuilding this from the ground up.
Galvant is an agentic platform for manufacturers that automates quoting, AR/AP, and reporting workflows end-to-end. We integrate and unify your data sources from ERP to email inbox.
Under the hood, Galvant is building the operating system for back-office business operations: workflow agents that take over sales, production, finance, and procurement, plus a coordination layer that lets them run autonomously and improve over time.
We are live across 8 customers and scaling fast.
As a Founding Engineer, you will own large pieces of the production system end-to-end: infrastructure, agent systems, and customer-facing product. You’ll work directly with the founders and frequently with customers, shipping quickly and iterating on real usage.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build product close to the customer, make core architecture calls, and set the technical bar for how we ship.
Three places we need help:
Infrastructure. Scale us from 8 customers to 80. Build secure, reliable infrastructure and operational tooling so the system doesn’t buckle as we grow.
AI agent systems. Build workflow agents (search, analysis, action), the coordination layer across them, and the evaluation loop that helps the system get better over time.
Customer-facing product. Turn customer feedback into shipped features. Make the product intuitive for people whose day job has nothing to do with AI.
